I'm so excited about my latest program, Rock the Detox — which takes place January 31 – February 27, 2016. I created this program for maximum flexibility, so people interested in varying levels of “clean” can participate.
Think of it as an all-levels yoga class. Sure, there might be someone up front busting out a forearm handstand, but most everyone else will be happily on their mat, doing whatever feels right.
Here's what Rock the Detox looks like:
- Choose your own detox speed: Light, Medium, or Hardcore
- Real food recipes
- Healthy lifestyle design and coaching
- Coffee or no coffee — you decide
- Kale optional
Rock the Detox is my response to the overwhelm around trying to live a healthier lifestyle.
This online program includes my step-by-step plan for living healthier habits, plus you’ll get lots of guidance and support along the way.
Rock the Detox includes a game plan, recipes, shopping lists and handouts, as well as other helpful resources such as a private Facebook group.
As you've probably guessed, Rock the Detox is different than you typical detox or cleanse — it's a lifestyle strategy, vs. a short-term, lose-weight-for-your-reunion tactic.
