Kale Avocado Smoothie

Veggies at every meal!

Serves 2.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces of filtered water
  • 6 tablespoons hemp seed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 2 teaspoons maca powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/2 perfectly ripe avocado, skin and pit removed
  • 1 cup frozen organic kale
  • 1 banana, chopped and frozen

Directions

  • Step 1

    Place all ingredients into high-speed blender, adding frozen fruit and kale last.

  • Step 2

    Blend until creamy and smooth, and serve. Garnish with additional hemp seeds if desired. Salud!
