Lifestyle tracker: Please take some time to track your activity around food, drinks, exercise, sleep, and self care for about 5-7 days. Ideally, you'll track your patterns over the weekdays as well as at least one weekend day. Providing a weekend recap is especially important if you tend to indulge more over the weekend.
