I'm guessing that took a fair amount of time. Congrats for taking that first important step towards living a healthier lifestyle.

Now, for our next steps:

  1. Scheduling: If you haven't yet scheduled your first session, please email me at to explore potential dates/times.
  2. Lifestyle tracker: Please take some time to track your activity around food, drinks, exercise, sleep, and self care for about 5-7 days. Ideally, you'll track your patterns over the weekdays as well as at least one weekend day. Providing a weekend recap is especially important if you tend to indulge more over the weekend.
